When reserving accommodation we will normally ask for:

•  Full Name, Address and contact numbers including mobile
  
•  The number of people in your party
  
•  A valid credit card number and expiry date or advance payment by cash, cheque or BACS (wire) transfer
  
•  The approximate time of arrival
  Note: check-in is normally between 10am and 5.30pm - rooms are usually ready by midday - 1pm but we are happy for you to arrive earlier (from 9.30am) if you just wish to leave luggage and collect keys.
  
  Please Note:
  Payment is required by cash or guaranteed cheque (in sterling) on arrival or before departure
  Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice is required to avoid charge.
  We do not charge your card unless you fail to show up and have not given enough notice.
  Payment by Credit Card will incur a 5% surcharge
